My session at the Rasendeniya Village Pre-school was very good. Although the language barrier was a huge problem in this village, the kids and teachers were very kind and eager to participate in the numerous activities. The village monk was also very kind and generous. He expressed his desire to learn English, so I had a brief speaking session with him.
The only problem with the village was that they were slightly disorganised and – occasionally – the kids were stubborn and slightly aggressive. Nevertheless, this did not affect their general performance in anyway.
