Today the team were making their final trip from Kandy back to Columbo but made one fianl stop in Kegalle.
The Sabaragamuwa students brought the Durhma team here to visit the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, this was an amazing centre which was an orphanage and breeding ground for disabled and wild elephants. During this trip the team wittnessed the bottle feeding of baby elephants and the heard of elephants marching through the town to bathe in the river. It was a fantastic final trip and a very memorable way to finish a fantastic trip. After this visit the team made the last bit of the journey back to Sarvodia where the team were staying the night before their flight home the next day.
