July 12th (Beth)

After a long weekend off with lots of sight-seeing it was straight back into fitness at 8am!
We worked the students very hard making them do circuits, hill sprints and interval training. After fitness we split into groups to coach rugby, netball, swimming, volleyball and badminton. Each of the sessions went very well with the students gaining a lot!

We then had to say goodbye to Rob and Cam after lunch, as they were moving on to Colombo.
In the afternoon we attended a karate class. All of us are new to karate and are finding the classes a lot of fun, but hard work too!

We spent the evening planning Tuesdays fitness session, sports sessions and village sessions for the forthcoming week.
Another busy start to another busy week!
